What is NLP – Neuro Linguistic Programming?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a methodology that investigates the dynamic relationship between language, neurological processes, and behavioral patterns. It offers practical techniques to enhance personal growth, improve communication, and influence positive change by understanding and leveraging the connections between thought patterns, language use, and subjective experience.

 

This project is for you if you are…

  • 18-35 years old

  • Able to communicate in English

  • Youth worker, coach, trainer, social worker, volunteer interested in NLP method

  • Facing “fewer opportunities” (social, geographical, economic obstacles; cultural differences; educational difficulties)
