YOUTH EXCHANGE ON ALIVENESS, SELF-EXPRESSION, SOCIAL SKILLS

 

ABOUT THE YOUTH EXCHANGE

It is designed to forge connections among young people through engagement and empowerment. This unique exchange will focus on developing our sense of aliveness, self-expression, and the development of social skills, fostering a sense of belonging, peace, and purpose among participants.

 

METHODS AND APPROACHES

We are going to use a classic seminar setting, together with lots of simulations, body movement, and time to self-express. We will touch on topics like personal leadership and inclusion and digital literacy in its curriculum

The youth exchange will equip the participants with easy-to-use practical tools for personal reflection, development, and goal setting to support them to become more independent in their life

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE

  • 18-30 years old
  • Good level of English
  • Residents of Bulgaria, Latvia
  • Facing obstacles in realizing your goals and dreams (social, geographical., economic, cultural, educational, health, or other difficulties)

 

CONTRIBUTION

We are suggesting a sliding-scale donation of 20 to 50 EUR, based on personal situation. In any case, apply and do let us know if it is an issue.
