Trailblazers: Enhancing Youth Work with AI
Context of the training course:
In the contemporary digital age, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force, revolutionizing various sectors. The field of youth work, which plays an important role in shaping future generations, cannot remain isolated from this technological transformation. Recognizing this shift, the “Trailblazers: Enhancing Youth Work with AI” project has been created.
The primary aim of our project is to enhance the quality and efficiency of youth work through the integration and utilization of AI technology. Our project seeks to bridge the gap between traditional youth work practices and contemporary technological advancements, thereby fostering innovation and lifelong learning among youth workers and their respective audiences.
The project will be held in Tsaghkadzor, which is a town in Kotayk Province. Surrounded by alpine meadows, the town is situated on the southeastern slope of Mount Teghenis. The average temperature in July is around 30C with warm but a bit chill mountainous evenings, thus bring warm jackets with you!
Please note that reimbursable travel costs are:
- Your travel to the airport in your country (e.g. train, bus)
- Flight costs to Armenia
- Local transport from Yerevan to the project venue and back (20 € in total, which will be deducted from the max. amount of travel costs reimbursement.)
It’s possible to extend your stay for a maximum of 8 days in total (4 before or/and 4 after the TC). Any additional costs which occur during these extra days are of course to be covered by you. Please note, that we cannot reimburse transportation by taxi.
Travel costs will be reimbursed up to the following maximum amounts:
- Slovakia, Estonia – 360€
- Romania, Israel – 275€
- Spain – 530€
- Ireland – 820€
Required profile for participants:
- Active youth worker (full-time, part-time, volunteer)
- Ability to bring laptop for the training course
- Fluent in English
Extra participation fee:
Erasmus+ provides only co-funding for the project. To cover full costs of the training (trainers, study visit, follow-up acitivities), we will require participant fee from each participant. Participation fee differs based on country of residence:
- Armenia, Romania, Slovakia – 50€ / person
- Estonia, Israel, Spain, Ireland – 100€ / person

*EstYES osalustasu 50€ – vähendatakse EstYESi partneritele, mentoritele, grupiliidritele jt vabatahtlikele
