This training aims to:
- improve the educational quality of youth exchanges and other intercultural initiatives
- share tools and encourage peer-to-peer training and the exchange of practices
- enable members (animators, former volunteers, etc.) to acquire skills and find their place
- be a stepping stone in the commitment process.
The aim of this training course is to co-construct the keys to making youth exchanges a constructive experiment in collective intelligence.
It will help to prepare different workshops for these intercultural projects (finalising the programme, copreparing workshops, links with partners and speakers, etc.) within a Solidarités Jeunesses delegation.
The training will be enriched by the participants, who will share their experiences and skills.
AIMED AT PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCE AS FACILITATORS, TO ENABLE THEM TO ACQUIRE SKILLS IN SETTING UP INTERCULTURAL PROJECTS
Financial aspect: action co-financed by European funds: travel, accommodation and training costs covered. We expect a commitment to lead an EDJ in the summer of 2024 in one of the SJ regions.
