About Us
Smokinya Foundation contributes in creating a world that works for everyone out of love, care, and cooperation. Smokinya Foundation is a non-profit organization in public benefit serving as educational platform for youth in transition between education and career. We create opportunities and provide space for people to learn, contribute and grow by participation, volunteering and project leadership.
About Future 3.0
Future 3.0 is a Long-term Volunteering Project financed by ESC. You will spend 6 months living and working abroad in a international team. You will learn, reflect, develop competences, contribute, and impact.
Workload distribution:
60% office work
35% field work
5% workshop and training participation
35 working hours per week
2 days off per week
+2 extra per month
Activities
Organizing Local Events
Variety of initiatives for popularizing life-long learning, volunteering, and mobility, including TEAM ESC
Office Support
Teamwork, youth activities, project writing and coordination using variety of modern tools, platforms, software
Environmental actions in alignment with UN 17 SDGs (cleaning events, camps etc.)
Local partnerships
Colaboration with local schools, universities, youth organisations, youth centres, and corporate CSR
Social meadia marketing
Creating digital content (photo, video, audio) for popularising ESC and Erasmus+
Personal Goal Plan

B.R.I.G.H.T Future camps
- 2025 brings us TEAM ESC camp of
- 3 weeks
- You will be trained and assist the implementation. Our camps are rural, which means fun, sun and campfire.
In the village of Mrachenik we are establishing a youth learning community, and YOU will be one of the leaders

- 18 to 29 years old
- Right motivation – ‘Can do’ attitude, willingness to learn, coachability, open for adventures and challenges, oriented towards solutions, want to creat IMPACT

Accommodation
Covered by the program, equipped with all the comforts of a household. Be ready to share a room. No single rooms possible.
Henner insurance
Designed to provide coverage when it is needed an in case of accidents. Complementary for EU citizens. Primary for non-EU citizens.
Support for your personal project
We will support you to invent and implement your ideas during the project
YouthPass Certificate
EU recognition instrument for identifying and documenting learning outcomes acquired by the participation.

Mentor
A buddy to support you in the local environment and life.
Financial conditions
Pocket Money 5€/day paid once per month in cash or bank transfer
Food Money 150€/month paid once per month in cash or bank transfer.
Public Transport up to 20€/month. Local public transport is covered up to a certain amount. Bicycles available!
Travel Reimbursement up to 360€ depends on the distance.
