ESC Summer Camp at Lyukóvölgy – Máltanoda

Miskolc, Hungary | July 17 – August 3, 2025

Join an international team of volunteers to support a summer camp for disadvantaged Roma children (ages 6–18) in the suburbs of Miskolc. Through games, English lessons, sports, and workshops, you’ll help bring joy, confidence, and meaningful learning experiences to the kids.

  • Accommodation: Student dormitory in Miskolc

  • Meals: Breakfast & lunch provided + €7/day pocket money for dinner

  • Transport: Travel costs reimbursed after project

  • Tasks: Group exercises, sports, career/health workshops, play, learning

  • Extras: Optional activities include herb-collecting, teen programs, and cultural immersion

  • Leisure: Discover the culture and nature of Miskolc, visit Diósgyőr Castle or relax in the Cave Baths—plus hiking in the Bükk Mountains!

Kecskemét, Hungary | July 31 – August 17, 2025

Be part of an international volunteer team bringing joy, support, and inspiration to disadvantaged Roma children (ages 6–18) at the Hajnalcsillag Tanoda in Kecskemét. The camp blends fun with purpose—supporting Roma identity, Christian values, learning, and community building.

  • Accommodation: Dormitory in Kecskemét (shared rooms)

  • Meals: 3 meals/day (vegetarian option available)

  • Support: €7/day pocket money + travel reimbursement

  • Tasks: English lessons, games, sports, cultural and value-based activities

  • Theme: Empowering children through culture, faith, and connection

Budapest, Hungary | August 14 – 31, 2025

Join a passionate international team to support disadvantaged children (ages 6–14) in one of Budapest’s most diverse districts. As a volunteer, you’ll lead afternoon activities like crafts, music, sports, cooking, and games that boost the children’s creativity, confidence, and joy.

  • Accommodation: Dormitory in Budapest (shared rooms)

  • Meals: 3 meals/day (hot lunch & dinner, vegetarian option available)

  • Support: €7/day pocket money + travel reimbursement

  • Tasks: Run engaging afternoon programs (12:30–18:00), help with events

  • Theme: Creative play, cultural sharing, personal development

  • Leisure: Evenings and second weekend free to explore vibrant Budapest—its architecture, food, and cultural life!
