Welcome to the 2025 HUJ International and Joint Workcamps Program, hosted by the Voluntary Service of Armenia. Camp Highlights in 2025

SMILE TO TREAT I (31 July – 13 August)

  • Type: Kids / Disabilities / Environment
  • Location: Pediatric Rehabilitation Centre, Yerevan
  • Activities: Play and workshops with children, environmental upkeep
  • Accommodation: Cottage on the center’s territory

HOPESHINE (5-20 August)

  • Type: Renovation / Kids / Teenagers
  • Location: School N14, Yerevan (for visually impaired)
  • Activities: Renovation, games, creative interaction
  • Special Teen Program: Teenagers welcome with separate fee

SMILE TO TREAT II (14-27 August)

  • Continuation of “Smile to Treat I” with similar structure and spirit

Volunteers Will Enjoy:

  • Unique cultural exchange & Armenian traditional food
  • Group excursions to iconic sights: Lake Sevan, Garni Temple, Geghard Monastery, Echmiadzin Cathedral, Matenadaran, and more
  • Learning Armenian dance, language, and folklore
  • Certificates and appreciation letters after each camp

Practical Info:

  • Accommodation: Beds and bedding provided
  • Meals: Volunteers cook on duty rotation, exploring Armenian cuisine
  • Participation Fee:
    • 0€: For bilateral exchange partners
    • 100€: For others
    • 200€: For teenage volunteers in School 14 camp
