Sustainable climate action requires not only knowledge but also emotional strength and practical skills. That’s why this training is structured around three key elements:
HEAD – Understanding Climate Justice
Climate justice is deeply connected to global inequalities and political conflicts. This training will provide a space to:
- Explore the meaning of climate justice and the conflicts it generates.
- Analyze climate-related challenges and develop strategies for collective action.
- Navigate conflicts within yourself and in your community.
HEART – Emotional Resilience in Activism
Climate change is no longer a distant threat—it is our reality. Activism brings up complex emotions such as grief, anger, frustration, fear, and even shame. This training will offer a supportive space to:
- Reflect on these emotions and acknowledge the deep challenges of climate and political injustice.
- Address personal and collective struggles in activism.
- Develop resilience to sustain long-term engagement.
HANDS – Taking Meaningful Action
Despite challenges, collective action is powerful. We will focus on:
- Exploring practical ways to channel energy into activism.
- Identifying individual and collective actions for a just and sustainable future.
- Learning tools to navigate conflicts and build stronger activist communities.
