What to Expect?
SOFT SKILLS – Improve communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
HANDS-ON ACTIVITIES – Get creative in the kitchen and explore new recipes using fresh, local ingredients.
CULTURAL EXCHANGE – Experience Bulgarian traditions while connecting with international participants!
SIMPLE, NATURE-FOCUSED LIVING – Enjoy a peaceful setting, away from the stress of city life.
TIME FOR YOURSELF – Recharge, explore mindful living, and connect with nature.
What Will We Do?
Prepare, cook, and share meals together with participants from 6 countries.
Engage in creative self-expression – art, music, movement, and teamwork.
Live in a minimalistic, nature-connected space, fostering community and learning.
Practice a “learning by doing” approach through daily tasks and workshops.
This youth exchange is designed to disconnect from the digital world and reconnect with yourself, others, and the joy of shared experiences.
Who Can Join?
✅ Aged 18-25
✅ No prior experience needed
✅ 5 participants per country
✅ Resident of Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Italy, Romania, or Spain
✅ Excited about cooking, teamwork, and cultural exchange
Financial Details
Max travel reimbursement:
- €309 – Standard Travel
- €417 – Green Travel (low-emission options like bus, train, or shared car rides)
