Organizing various types of workcamps toward Colorful & Healthy World.

Organized 6,539 workcamps & exchanged 84,561 volunteers in 33 years.

Working on Environment/ Development/ Culture/ Education/ Human Rights.

Aims and goals of NICE:

  • To improve the social & environmental situation by direct actions!
  • To empower NPOs/ local communities and raise awareness & actions!
  • Promote global friendship/ cooperation and personal growth!

Requirements:

NICE also offers projects outside of Japan!

NICE volunteers fee –  need to pay this fee beforehand (6,000 JPY for VSTV/ STV, 12,000 JPY per month for LMTV) by 31 days before Project start.

Volunteers will need a Visa!

  • Life among the mountains (April 21-April 30) – Support local communities in enhancing their livelihoods while sharing life with them
  • Share with them (June 03-June 12) – Immerse yourself in the local culture and truly savor the authentic rhythm of rural life as you connect with the community.
  • Feel the life (June 17-June 26) – While working alongside the local community, you’ll experience the beauty and simplicity of life in the hill country. Share stories, traditions, and daily life with the locals, and discover the unique charm of this breathtaking region.
