Join the Thai Hai Eco-Village Workcamp and become part of a meaningful initiative that blends education, environmental sustainability, and cultural preservation. Located in one of the UN Tourism’s ‘Best Tourism Villages 2022’, Thai Hai is a living heritage site dedicated to maintaining the traditions of the Tay ethnic group.
What Will Volunteers Do?
- Education – Teach English to children (ages 3-17) and adults, focusing on communication skills.
- Cultural Exchange – Engage with the community through traditional music, dance, and crafts.
- Sustainability & Agriculture – Support eco-friendly practices by helping with farming, cooking, and daily tasks.
- Community Support – Assist in the kitchen, reception, and restaurant to promote the village’s eco-tourism efforts.

Who Can Apply? Only female volunteers (due to working with children & vulnerable groups)
Application: Submit a motivation letter explaining why you want to join.
Accommodation: Shared dormitory, hot showers, washing machines available.
