Outdoor Learning Experience in Bulgaria – Training Course for Educators and Youth Workers
EstYES is pleased to offer an opportunity for youth workers, educators, and professionals working with people to participate in a unique outdoor learning training course in Mrachenik, Bulgaria. This program will focus on experiential learning, non-formal education, and outdoor education methodologies, equipping participants with valuable skills to enhance their professional work with young people.
The training will take place in a natural outdoor setting, where participants will live in a camping environment and engage in hands-on activities designed to foster teamwork, creativity, and learning through nature.

Objectives and Learning Outcomes
This training aims to provide participants with a deeper understanding of outdoor education and how it can be effectively applied in youth work and educational settings. By the end of the program, participants will have:

The course will follow an interactive and participatory approach, where participants will be actively engaged in workshops, group discussions, and practical outdoor exercises.
Accommodation and Practical Arrangements

Venue: Participants will be accommodated at a camping site in Mrachenik, Bulgaria, staying in tents. The camping lifestyle will be an integral part of the learning experience.

Meals: All meals will be provided, with dietary needs taken into account. Participants should be prepared for a simple, sustainable way of living during the training.

Travel Costs: Covered according to Erasmus+ funding rules. More information will be provided to selected participants.
All logistical details, including the meeting point and additional instructions, will be shared with selected participants approximately one month before the project begins. As the project takes place from 12 to 26 August, there is still ample time before these details are confirmed.
