In August and October 2023,  NGO EstYES, in collaboration with Youth for Society from Georgia, organized a two-part #Erasmus+ training course called “Leadership 2023: A New Generation”. The training course took place in Estonia and Georgia. Amongst else, the participants conducted “cross-country inspire projects” between the two training sessions, providing them with the opportunity to practice the knowledge and skills gained from the training, as well as to engage in international cooperation and digital skills. Additionally, these cross-country cooperation projects provided young leaders with a platform to address important issues in today’s society.

Project Objectives:

Equip young leaders and current/potential members of non-profit organization boards with skills, knowledge, and resources to become new and strong leaders within their NGOs.
Enhance participants’ competitiveness in the job market.
Promote youth participation in local decision-making processes.
Enhance the capacity of partner organizations in youth work.
Promote tolerance, solidarity, and multiculturalism among participants and partners.
Create a platform for young leaders to exchange ideas and share best practices to address current challenges (including within the European Union).
Equip young leaders with necessary digital skills.

We are grateful to all dedicated participants and partners.
