What is the training about ?
Following the « Seminar on quality youth work and inclusion models for teenagers » we organize training that is aimed at developing and reinforcing the capacities of camp leaders necessary in intercultural learning, social pedagogy and teenage work, in order to increase the number of projects and teenage volunteers.
Training objectives:
- To clarify the specificities of working with teenagers
- To provide participants with tools and methods to work with teenagers
- To support the organisation of the experimentations that will be implemented during the summer
Who can participate?
This seminar is open to campleaders who :
- have led a workcamp or participated in a camp
- have experience with teenagers
- speak English (and if possible, the language of the country)
- are 18+ years old
- are involved in the organisation and willing to contribute in the future
- are available to lead a camp (12 to 16 days) abroad between 5th July and 26th August 2020 and participate in the experimentations during summer.
