About
Our organization is based in the center of Trento, a beautiful town with a population of about 120,000 inhabitants. Trento is situated in the north of Italy, near the border with Austria, and is known for its beautiful countryside, with lovely mountains and lakes. It is an excellent opportunity for hiking, sailing, and mountain bikes trips.
During your stay in Trento, you will have the opportunity to see Feste Vigiliane in Trento, a typical Festival of our city that celebrates its patron saint San Vigilio. For one entire week, the roads and alleys transform into Medieval quarters in which ancient handicraft works are livened up and typical Trentino delicacies can be tasted. Games, music, entertainment and historical reviews every year again enthuse the audience in warm summer evenings.
Budget rules
Participants must have a sending organization (please fill out the document sent with the info of your sending organization) Board and lodging are provided by our organization during the youth worker exchange
Travel costs
Before buying the tickets, please, send to us the trip options you found: we will confirm to you if the trip is eligible and then you can proceed with the payment of the tickets. Please note that it is very important that you will arrive in Trento no later than 19.00 PM on June 22nd Please find below information about the reimbursement of the travel expenses according to Erasmus plus criteria. We will reimburse the actual cost up to the amount below. You should calculate the amount according to your residence in your country to Trento/ Italy. You must travel by public transportation (plane, train, buses…) in the dates specified (travel days, June 22nd and June28th) in order to get the reimbursement. Please note that any change in travel dates must be accorded with InCo because we need to ask permission to our National Agency. Please also note that you must travel from your home (residence country) to the venue of the Youth Worker Exchange (Trento, Italy) and back. Any change in the connection must be accorded with InCo because our National Agency is very strict on this point and any change has to be accorded with our National Agency (otherwise we cannot reimburse you)
Please note that InCo needs ORIGINAL TICKETS (train tickets, boarding passes etc..) in order to reimburse you. We will reimburse you by bank transfer at the end of the youth worker exchange on either the bank account of the sending organization or your personal bank account. We will need also in advance (before your arrival in Trento) a copy of yout ID card/passport sent by email.
Accommodation
The hosting structure is located in Baselga del Bondone, a beautiful suburb of Trento, situated up the hill and thus disposing of a beautiful panoramic view on the city of Trento and the mountains surrounding the city. This hosting structure is situated in a nice area, that has a small supermarket nearby, on a walking distance from the house where the participants are hosted. The structure is big and spacious: it has a big meeting room and a smaller one, a big spacious park outside, that we might be extensively using for the energizers and some of the other activities planned. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with all the necessary tools to prepare the meals. The dining room can host over 30 people at the same time. The house disposes rooms for 2-4 people, each with a private bathroom. The Youth worker exchange will be organized as “self management”. The participant will be divided in groups and they will take care for preparing meals (sometimes we will have also catering service) and some Italian and international dinners.
