ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
Almost everyone thinks that nature is amazing, that it feels good to be at the beach, in the mountains or even just in a park. We admire animals and plants. Unfortunately, the impact of human activity is destroying everything we love. Now is the time to rise up, get out there and take action to help and protect our planet. Deforestation and pollution are two of the most important current issues, and that’s why we want to join youngsters in actions that can have a positive impact, at home and on the environment. We are planning to work in building a mushroom farm, in addition to sharing with the volunteers the importance of a new, more ethical and conscious way of life, in connection with nature. And the organization of an eco-festival!! This project will be a practical experience, with hands in action and learning through experience but also a moment of introspection for everyone, in order to discover and analyze their feelings about climate change and the Anthropocene.
